Tinkertock Tower Defense Game
Call for Artist/Animator

About the Project
Tinkertock is a game that combines the classic tower defense genre with innovative building mechanics to create a fun action-puzzler. You play as Ada Huffinsprog, a young tinkersmith who must defend her clockwork garden from her jealous rival, Vilhelmina Huffinsprog. Along the way you pick up blueprints for a number of clockwork flower weapons that will help your garden survive the onslaught of wind-up insects. Place and combine tetris-shaped blocks to build circuitous mazes and powerful weapons that will confound and destroy your enemies. Plan your strategy carefully; your success depends on your crafty placement of metal pieces.

The project is intended for future release on Steam Greenlight, and is helmed by designer Kyla Furey, a graduate of the University of Southern California's Masters program in Interactive Media. The game's prototype has been created using the Unity3D engine, and is currently in the beta stage of development. We want YOU to help us bring it to life with amazing visuals!

This project is nearly complete - it waits only for a dedicated and passionate artist to bring it to life! As the selected artist, you would be in charge of the static 2D assets for the game (and potentially also 2D animations, subject to discussion and skill). The current aesthetic is stylized and cartoonish, but open to discussion if you feel strongly about what you can bring to the art style. If you think you're up to the task, please read and follow the instructions below!
